Designing digital products, apps and systems

Hi, I’m Maciek.

I’m a Product Designer with 15+ years of experience across fintech, banking, and operational systems. I live in northern Poland, near Gdańsk, and over the past few years I’ve worked closely with international teams, combining remote work with regular trips to the United States — a way of working I’m comfortable with and genuinely enjoy.

I do my best work in complex product environments, where workflows are fragmented, systems are hard to navigate, and teams need more clarity. My role is often to understand what matters most, define the right direction, and translate complexity into product structures, workflows, and interfaces that are effective, usable, and well crafted.

Most of my work has been in fintech, banking, and enterprise software — environments where products are tightly connected to real-world operations, business constraints, and implementation realities. I work at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering, helping teams make better decisions and turn complexity into solutions that work in practice.

I’m most interested in problems where design has real leverage — improving how products function, how teams operate, and how the business scales.
